1. The service

The site provides free calculators and articles about marketplace fees, margins and related topics for online sellers. No registration is required. Calculations run in your browser.

2. Nature of the information

Results and articles are general information for reference. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice and are not tailored to your situation. Fee rates are taken from publicly available marketplace pages as of the date shown on each page and may have changed; marketplaces may also apply promotions, account-specific terms or product-specific rules that the calculators do not reflect. Verify important figures in your own seller account or with a professional before acting on them.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not access the site by automated means in a way that burdens or disrupts it.
• You may use calculation results freely for personal or business purposes. Do not copy or republish the site's articles, tables or code without attribution and a link.

4. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Advertising and affiliate relationships do not influence the fee data or the calculations.

Amazon, FBA, Etsy, eBay, Shopify and other names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify those companies' published fees and policies. The site is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

The operator may add, change or remove tools and content, or discontinue the site, at any time without notice. Changes to these terms are posted on this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
